What data we collect and why

We collect personal data exclusively through the contact form on this website. The data collected may include: full name, work email address, company name, company website URL, phone number, and the content of your message. This data is collected for the sole purpose of responding to your business inquiry.

We do not collect personal data through any other means on this website (no accounts, no newsletter subscriptions, no analytics profiles).

Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to business inquiries we receive. Where you submit sensitive information at your own initiative, processing is based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Data processors and third parties

Your form submission is handled by Netlify, Inc. (our hosting and form processing provider, headquartered in San Francisco, USA). Netlify processes data under a Data Processing Agreement in accordance with GDPR, using Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Data retention

We retain contact form data for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting business relationship, and for no longer than 2 years from the date of submission, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or the nature of an ongoing engagement.

Your rights under GDPR

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels of any kind. There is no Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other profiling technology deployed.

The contact form uses hCaptcha (by Intuition Machines, Inc.) as a bot-protection measure. hCaptcha may set strictly necessary functional cookies required to distinguish human visitors from automated bots. These cookies are exempt from consent requirements under the EU ePrivacy Directive as they are technically necessary for the secure operation of the contact form. We store your language preference in browser local storage (not a cookie) so the site remembers your chosen language across visits. This data does not leave your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
